About Our Developmental Disabilities Department

The Developmental Disabilities Department provides therapeutic residential programs for developmentally disabled adults and children. Children and adults with a wide spectrum of disabilities are served through our Individualized Residential Alternatives, Day Habilitation Program, Service Coordination and Community Habilitation. We have locations in Rockland County, Orange County and the Bronx, New York.

At our Blauvelt location we also offer Day Habilitation services in a program which provides an individualized, community-based, person centered and person driven service for each individual.

Community Habilitation, Respite, Residential Habilitation and Service Coordination are offered to individuals living at home.

All of Saint Dominic's Family Services for individuals with developmental disabilities adhere to the philosophy of "person-centered planning."
